Deputy Commissioner Girish Dayalan launches Verka’s ‘Haldi Doodh’ at District Level

S.A.S. Nagar : Verka’s ‘Haldi Doodh’ has been launched at District Level by Deputy Commissioner, Girish Dayalan in the presence of R. S. Sekhon, General Manager of Verka Mohali Dairy. Deputy Commissioner extended best wishes to the organization and hoped that Verka’s turmeric milk will emerge as a popular drink among consumers, who are now looking for alternative ways to stay healthy and boost their immunity in the fight against coronavirus. Appreciating the role of Verka in the challenging times of Covid-19, he said that Verka Mohali Dairy made stringent efforts towards ensuring smooth supply of Fresh Milk and Milk Products. Mohali Dairy reached its customers through door-to-door delivery to maintain safety and supplied on an average 4,15,000 Liters of Milk on daily basis. General Manager,R. S. Sekhon informed that “Verka Haldi Doodh offers 10 times higher absorption for the human body than normal haldi ”.
