Ruchi Kalra appointed Press Secretary to Punjab Governor

Chandigarh : The senior most Information and Public Relations Officer from the Directorate of Information and Public Relations Punjab, Ruchi Kalra has been appointed as the Information Officer(I.O) Media(known as Press Secretary in common parlance) to Shri Banwarilal Purohit Governor of Punjab and the Administrator UT Chandigarh.With a career spanning over two decades, Mrs. Kalra has vast experience of working in the field as well as at headquarters. Seen always on duty at almost all State Level events in varied capacities, the lady officer is well known for her gift of gab.
