District Planning Board Chairman meets Harpal Cheema and Harjot Singh Bains

Discusses development projects related to Ludhiana

Ludhiana : District Planning Board Chairman Sharanpal Singh Makkar today met Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema and Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains and discussed various development projects of Ludhiana. Seeking fulsome support in the socio-economic growth of the district, Sharanpal Singh Makkar said that Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema had assured him top priority to the speedy completion of the projects to facilitate the people.
He said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was committed to making Ludhiana the frontrunner in terms of the best infrastructure in the country and it would make every effort to meet the aspirations of Ludhiana residents. He also thanked Minister for releasing funds for two judicial buildings.
Later, he also met Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains and thanked him for allocation and release of funds worth of Rs 10 Lakh to District Bar Association Ludhiana and for congratulating him for historical victory in Jalandhar Lok-Sabha by elections and discussed various development issues of planning board Ludhiana.
Prominent among those present on the occasion included members of the District Bar Association including Gagandeep Singh Saini, Sachin Sharma, Karan Singh, Vikas Gupta, Karan Singh Bhalla, Gurpreet Singh Saini, G S Sandhar, and others.
