Hoshiarpur : The ongoing construction of upcoming Sardar Bahadur Amin Chand Soni Armed Forces Preparatory Institute will be completed by the end of December this as the 30 percent works had already been accomplished.Deputy Commissioner Apneet Riyait, who along with other officers concerned, visited the site of this prestigious institute at village Bajwara and informed that the work was in full swing and the pace of construction would be accelerate in days to come. She also directed the officers/officials to maintain quality in each and every aspect of the project, which would be immensely helpful to facilitate more youth from Punjab to join defence services as a career.Reviewing the status of construction work, the Deputy Commissioner said that this project would be completed at a cost of Rs. 27 crore over an area of 12.75 acres. She said that ultra modern training would be provided to as many as 270 candidates by fulfilling the dream of boys and girls from region to serve the nation in defence services. SDM Amit Mahajan and other official of PWD department were also present on the occasion.
