DC orders improvement trust to prepare housing plan for next 15 years

Kapurthala : To ensure the better and affordable housing in the kapurthala city , Deputy commissioner cum chairman Improvement trust kapurthala Mr Vishesh sarangal has asked the trust officials to make comprehensive planning for next 5, 10 and 15 years to provide affordable and suitable housing to the people at kapurthala.Chairing the meeting of improvement trust today ,Chairman has strictly asked the officials to maintain Property register in E-Format on the lines of PUDA and GAMADA to reduce the litigation.

Chairman also asked the officials to identify the areas to be developed in future besides calling the General house meeting in next weak so that the projects running by the Improvement trust to be speed up to facilitate people .Besides that the annual budget for 2022-23 of Improvement trust worth Rs 428.26 lakh has also been passed in the meeting.Prominent amongst present in the meeting included ADC G Ajay Arora , Assistant commissioner Ranjit singh , EO Surinder kumari and other officials of trust .
