Moga Police Busts Notorious Gang

Moga : The Moga police have achieved a significant breakthrough in the recent incidents of firings, robberies and dacoities in the district with the arrest of a notorious gang whose members include Kulwinder Singh alias Kinda s/o Darshan resident of village Data, Gurjivan Singh alias Jugnu s/o Resham Singh resident of Singhawala, Akashdeep Singh alias Mani s/o Pritam Singh resident of Jalandhar bypass, Dharamkot, Salim Khan alias Simmu s/o Darshan Khan resident of Maur Mandi and Manvir Singh alias Mani s/o Jagtar Singh resident of Maur Mandi and recovered two country pistols 315 bore and 32 bore with 4 live cartridges 315 bore and 2 live cartridges 32 bore and recovered a snatched Ritz car bearing number PB-10-EA-4789 along with a stolen motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar without number plate from the above-accused persons. They were loaded with sharp and deadly weapons and were planning to commit dacoity at a big shop and to snatch a vehicle on the highway near railway bridge moga. SI Sandeep Singh along with members of CIA staff, Moga raided the spot and arrested Kulwinder Singh alias Kinda and Gurjivan Singh alias Jugnu and affected the recovery as stated above.
