Gidderbaha : To avoid all the hassles in making of disability certificates, the district administration of Muktsar today reached out to 133 poor families in Gidderbaha and offered them certificates on the spot during a camp.Speaking on the occasion MLA Gidderbaha Amarinder Singh Raja Warring said that these poor families were unable to travel all the way to Faridkot and find the place from where they could procure the certificate.“With brought the panel of doctors here from Faridkot so that the children and even the youngsters and elderly can obtain on the spot certificates without any hassle”, the MLA said.He pointed out that with these certificates intellectual disability is ascertained after which such people can obtain the benefit of all government schemes.He appreciated the role of Deputy Commissioner M K Aravinda Kumar, SDM Om Parkash and the team of GoGs who helped in tracing these families and brought them in the camp.Raja Warring reiterated that Punjab Government will continue to help poor and needy in every possible manner and organise such camps in coming days as well.
