Chaudhry Madan Lal Bagga Kick-Starts Road Project Worth Rs. 64 Lakhs At Dream Lane Colony

Says, All Eight Roads Inside The Colony Along With Road To Be Re-Carpeted

Ludhiana : Further giving impetus to development works in the Ludhiana North constituency, MLA Chaudhry Madan Lal Bagga today kick-started a road project at Dream Lane Colony at any outlay of Rs. 64.32 lakhs.

Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said that the road project would full-fill the much-awaited demand of the residents of this colony adding that as many as eight road inside the locality along with main approach road would be re-carpeted at an expenditure of Rs. 64.32 lakhs.

He issued directions to the executing agency to complete the project within stipulated time-frame that too strictly adhering to the quality norms of the roads.He also told officials to accord top priority to this road project as any kind of inordinate delay would be dealt with strictly.

Chaudhry also had interaction with the residents of the colony and listened to their issues while giving on-the-spot directions to officials of the concerned department to resolve the problems of residents at the earliest.

He reinforced that there was no paucity of funds to carry out development works in the constituency as a series of projects have already been initiated by the government here.

Meanwhile, he also reviewed the on-going pipeline project along side Buddha Nullah while reinforcing his commitment to transform this nullah back to Buddha Daria.

He also added that no stone would be left unturned to achieve this goal.Prominent amongst others present on the occasion included President Dream Lane Welfare Society Pardeep Gupta, Aman Bagga, Executive Engineer Sanjeev Sharma, SDO Vaneet Sharma, JE Ankush Sharma, Meena Shah, and Bittu Bhanot.
