Bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal said that a big idol of Shri Ram will be built in Mohali, Sanjeev Vashisht contributed Rs 31 lakh

Mohali : A 225 feet tall idol of Lord Rama will be installed in Mohali city. This resolution was taken by thousands of devotees during the Sri Balaji Ki Chowki organized at Sri Durga Mata Mandir located in Sector-68 yesterday.

On this occasion, BJP’s state executive member Sanjeev Vashisht came specially to seek the blessings of the Lord. Sanjeev Vashisht pledged to pay Rs 31 lakh on the spot as his contribution for this auspicious work in the resolution to install a 225 feet tall statue of Lord Ram.

Along with this, he also said that if there is any shortcoming in the auspicious task of installing the idol, then he will get an opportunity to complete it considering his responsibility. Renowned bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal sang the praises of the Lord in the chowki.

Thousands of devotees received God’s blessings at Chowki. Shri Durga Mata Mandir Committee President Manoj Agarwal of Sector 68 lit a lamp and sang praises to the Lord. Manoj Agarwal also thanked the thousands of pilgrims present at the checkpoint.

There is no such tall idol of Shri Ram in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal

It was also discussed during Shri Balaji’s chat that there is no such big idol of Lord Shri Ram in the whole of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal. After discussion, it was decided that a 225 feet tall idol of Lord Rama will be installed at Mohali.

Thousands of devotees present at the post also took a vow to contribute their due for the establishment of this statue. All in one vote raised their voices to install the idol of Sri Ram Bhagwan. Manoj Aggarwal, chairman of the temple committee, said that he would personally see to the entire work of installing the idol and that a huge idol of Lord Ram would be installed in Mohali as soon as possible.

Devotees were seen dancing in the chowki of Shri Balaji

Renowned bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal made the whole atmosphere devotional during Sri Balaji Ki Chowki. The contexts of Sri Balaji presented by Kanhaiya Mittal created a wave of excitement and devotion among all the devotees present in the pandal.

The atmosphere became such that all the devotees were seen swaying in devotion while enjoying the pedestal of Sri Balaji. Appreciating bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal, BJP’s state executive member Sanjeev Vashisht said that he has the quality that he has the ability to connect any person with atheistic tendencies to faith.

In Sri Balaji ki Chowki, Brahmin Sabha Mohali President Vishal Sharma and Chairman Manoj Joshi apart from other members of the Sabha were specially present. Apart from this, Tahil Sharma, Rahul Sharma, Mohit, Naveen Jindal, Deepak Pandey and other members of Sri Durga Mata Mandir Committee of Sector 68 were specially present.
