Prominent social activist Swaran Singh Sampla joins AAP

Chandigarh : Former IRS Officer and prominent social activist Swaran Singh Sampla joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) here in Chandigarh on Friday in the presence of top party leadership.Senior party leader of the party and Leader of Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema formally inducted Swaran Singh Sampla into AAP, in the presence of state general secretary Harchand Singh Burst, state treasurer Nina Mittal, Dr. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chamkaur Sahib).Rolling out a red carpet to welcome Sampla, Harpal Singh Cheema said that with the new member, a prominent social worker, an upright and experienced retired officer, joining the party would strengthen the party in the area, including Chamkaur Sahib.
