We are not seeking votes, but a chance to save Punjab : Raghav Chadha

Kapurthala/Hoshiarpur : Raghav Chadha, Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Punjab affairs co-in-charge, said that we are not seeking votes, but a chance to save Punjab. Akali Dal and Congress have ruled and looted Punjab for the last 50 years. Congress ruled Punjab for 26 years and Akali Dal for 24 years. Both the parties sold sand, cable and transport of Punjab. Together, they destroyed the education system of state and ruined future of the children.Chadha said that this time people have a chance to save Punjab. There is a chance to make the state happy and prosperous again. There is a chance to save the common people. On Sunday, Raghav Chadha campaigned in Kapurthala, Dasuya and Tanda Urmur assembly constituencies. He campaigned in favour of Manju Rana candidate from Kapurthala, Karamvir Singh Ghumman candidate from Dasuya and Jasveer Singh Gill (Raja) from Urmur. Chadha appealed to the people that this time, give a chance to the duo of Bhagwant Mann and Arvind Kejriwal, AAP government will take care of all your issues.

Taking a jibe at Chief Minister Channi, Chadha said that there is an Ailanjit Singh Channi in Punjab. Crores of rupees were seized in the ED raids from his nephew’s house, property papers worth billions of rupees were found, imported watches and luxury vehicles were found. Chaddha asked Channi that from where did the family and relatives of Channi, who claims to be a poor and common man, get so much wealth? Which rickshaw puller of Punjab has ten crore rupees? Which caterer has bank entries worth 54 crores? Which sound person has a watch of 12 lakhs? Which cycle mechanic has farm houses worth crores of rupees?Chadha said that all this money was earned by Channi and his relatives by selling sand of Punjab and from corruption. There is a big slogan going on in Punjab ever since Channi became CM, ‘Mota money kama gaya honey’. This love triangle of Channi, Honey and Money looted Punjab in 111 days. Channi’s nephew confessed before the ED that this money belonged to Channi and in 111 days we earned Rs 325 crore. Even the Akali Dal did not have such a huge strike rate. Chadha asked people to not give another chance to these corrupt politicians and elect an honest government of Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab.
