TLSC Pampore organizes Special Lok Adalat at MCC, Pampore

Pulwama : As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, the Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) Pampore today organised a Special Lok Adalat at Munsiff Court Complex (MCC), Pampore.The Special Lok Adalat was held under the Chairmanship of Junaid Imtiyaz Mir, Judicial Magistrate Pampore and under the able guidance of Ab. Rashid Malik, Chairman District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and (Principal District and Sessions Judge) Pulwama and Secretary DLSA, Reyaz Ahmad Chowdhary.

During the Special Lok Adalat a bench was constituted which was presided over by Chairman TLSC Pampore Mr. Junaid Imtiaz Mir (KCS Judicial).On the occasion, various cases were taken up out of which 42 cases were disposed off and fine of an amount of Rs. 11,61,600 was recovered from the violators, violating the Motor Vehicle Acts and in Criminal matters.Civil matters and cases under section 138 (Cheque Bounce Cases) were also taken up and resolved through the intervention of Special Lok-Adalat Bench.
