Sansad Khel Spardha : DC Doda reviews preparedness for holding inter-panchayat competitions

Doda: Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today chaired a meeting to review the preparedness for the smooth conduct of inter Panchayat competitions being held under Sansad Khel Spardha.The DC directed the District Youth Services and Sports Officer to start the structuring of the tournaments, and publish the bulletin on each day so that people are well informed about the winning teams.

The DC also directed the DSWO to converge the schedule of the activities under ‘Nasha Mukht Bharat’ and Beti ‘Bachao Beti Padhao’ so that social message regarding these programs gets a wider outreach and rides on the mobilisation provided by the sports event.Further, the DC directed the ADDC Doda to take the meeting of all stakeholders on the coming Monday so that proper structuring of the event shall be ensured for the time bound and hassle free conduct of the event.The meeting was attended by ADDC Doda, DSWO Doda, DEPO Doda, DYSSO Doda, one nominated member, representatives of Mahila Shakti Kendra, One Stop Centre, Child line, and representative of DIC Doda.
