DC Kupwara visits fire victims at Kalaroose

Kupwara : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din today along with concerned officers visited Kalaroose and provided Rs.10, 000 to the family whose residential house got damaged in a fire incident, yesterday-night.He also provided kitchen utensils and other essential stuff among the affected family. The relief was given under the District Red Cross Fund.On the occasion, the DC directed concerned Tehsildar to assess the loss of property and recommend the case for relief under SDRF norms.
