DC Doda reviews performance of Revenue department under key indicators

Doda : Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today chaired a meeting of the revenue officials here in Conference Hall of DC office complex to take the appraisal of action taken on the decisions of last meeting regarding vital indicators.It was informed that all the tehsils have established Patwarkhaanas in revenue villages, while 11 of them will be Modern Patwarkhaanas, for which funds have been released to concerned Tehsildars and expenditure have been booked.The DC was further apprised that out of 17 Tehsils, only 3 have government office buildings, while ADC Bhaderwah and all the three SDMs do not have their own office complexes. The DC asked the officers to identify sufficient state land for establishment of the offices of ADC Bhaderwah, SDMs, Tehsils and Niabats within 15 days.He also reviewed the online revenue services, which include issuance of certificates of OBC, RBA, Income, Domicile, Marriage, property, Employment, etc. It was observed that all the officers are issuing these certificates in the prescribed timeline.In addition to this, the DC directed all the Tehsildars to submit the UC with regard to the funds released for the up-gradation of Tehsil offices and patwar khaanas in two days.

With regard to progress made under SVAMITVA, the DC directed the designated Committee to closely monitor the exercise of marking of boundaries of all 360 villages.While discussing the missing vital revenue record, the DC asked to depute Tehsildar Bhaderwah and Tehsildar Thathri to Directorate of Land Records Jammu for making available the missing masavis so that the same can be reconstructed.While assessing the up-dation of important revenue records on AZAN portal, including latest Girdawaris, Jamabandis, Masavi and Mutations, the DC directed all the Tehsildars to submit certificates on record scanned but not uploaded and record not scanned yet.Besides, the DC directed all the SDMs and Tehsildars to organise awareness programs about AZAN portal and Jan Bhagidari portal. He further asked to involve BDOs also so that they shall further disseminate the information to PRI members in their respective areas.Regarding revenue court cases, it was informed to the chair that all the cases are uploaded on the designated portal.
The DC directed to ensure that all the fresh cases are posted on the portal and also to effectively expede the disposal of previous pending cases from time to time.

In addition to this, he also asked them to follow up the cases and file the objections against all the cases pending in HC and lower courts without fail.While discussing the Change of Land Use portal, the DC was informed that only one application is pending on the portal as on date for which the DC asked to submit the details so that it shall be disposed off on merits, besides asked the concerned dealing officials to prepare the seniority list of officials pending for DPC within days by taking all the necessary documents from the concerned officials and also asked to finalize the date for DPC so that all the pending vacancies of promotion quota shall be filled within weeks times.Regarding survey of Gair Mumkin Khads, Dariya, Nallahs, the DC was informed that 1 to 10 parameters as per the devised format have been submitted. The DC asked all the Tehsildars to start the next level exercise in coordination with the concerned Committee members . The meeting was attended by ADC Bhaderwah, ACR Doda, all SDMs, Tehsildars, and other concerned officials of the revenue department.
