Rajouri : The Rent Assessment Committee (RAC) of Rajouri approved 26 rent assessment cases in a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal. 29 cases were discussed pertaining to Social Welfare, FCS&CA, Agriculture, Education, ICDS and other departments functioning from private rented buildings.
After detailed deliberation 26 cases were approved. The Deputy Commissioner directed officers to expedite payment of rents as per rates approved in the meeting. This decision will benefit many departments providing rental support and also prove beneficial for building owners receiving their rents on time.
The meeting was attended by ADC Rajouri Sachin Dev Singh; SE PWD (R&B) Kamal Kishore Gupta; CMO Dr CAO Sohan Singh; ExEn PWD (R&B) Rajouri Maqbool Hussain; Accounts Officer Rajesh Kumar; AD FCS&CA Arief Lone and other officials from various departments and building owners.
