Police solve Batamaloo murder case within 24 hours, accused arrested

Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said that it solved a murder case within 24 hours by arresting the accused in the Batamaloo area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar city.A police spokesperson in a statement issued to the Kashmir News Service (KNS), said that during the investigation of case F I R no 67/2023 u/s 302 RPC of p/s Batamaloo one accused identified as Ayan Majid Matoo s/o Abdul Majid Matoo r/o Moominabad Batmaloo arrested in said case intervening night’ of 30/31-05-2023 and was declared who is actual accused of the said case.
The police said that it is found that the accused is actually affair with daughter of deceased , yesterday the accused meet with deceased person and tell I am loving with your daughter and i will marry with him, Father of the girl rash on his words and abused him that on the accused person decontrolled and attacked to deceased by sharp weapon Knife, who stabbed him on his body
