Jan Abhiyan Shehri in full swing across Kathua District
Several departmental services provided to urban populace at their doorsteps
Kathua : Jan Abhiyan Shehri under My Town My Pride 2.0 programme is in full swing across all municipalities of Kathua district.As part of the programme, varied services of different departments are being provided to the people by all six Municipalities of the district at their doorsteps.
A series of activities are being conducted across the Municipal towns of the district as a part of this programme with the focus on extending benefits of different Govt Schemes and programmes to the last beneficiary in the urban areas.
The Municipal Authorities carried out a sanitation drive/IEC Activities and other arrays of activities.The public was sensitized about the benefits and importance of cleanliness, sanitation, waste segregation and were urged and motivated to keep their surroundings neat and clean. Stress is being laid on saturation of all deliverables of different departments.
