Jammu : Joint Director Funds (Jammu), Chanderkala Sharma on Monday visited Samba and Kathua districts to inspect the preparedness for the Grievance Redressal- Awareness Camps, being organized by the J&K Funds Organization from 5th of December to 7th December, 2022 in all District Fund Offices throughout the UT of J&K.
She was accompanied by the District Fund Officers and other senior officials of the Department. During the visit, she took stock of the arrangements made for the grievance redressal camps. She stressed upon the officers to give wide publicity about the venues and purpose of holding camps and make adequate arrangements such as drinking water, sitting area etc so that the subscribers having grievances feel comfortable.
She also interacted with the visitors, gave them a patient hearing and also assured them that their genuine grievances will be processed for immediate redressal.
