Kulgam :A meeting of District Level Committee (DLC) was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat to discuss and approve the cases/proposals under Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme under ‘One District One Product (ODOP)’.
During the meeting, 33 cases were tabled before the committee and after proper discussion with the applicants the committee approved 17 cases.Rest of the applicants were advised to revisit their projects and come up with economically viable ones and resubmit their cases for approval.
Among others, JD Planning Zahid Sajad, General Manager DIC Bashir Ahmad, Chief Agriculture Officer, Area Marketing Officer, Chief Horticulture Officer and other members of the committee attended the meeting.
