District Level Awareness Workshop for FP Shop dealers held at Anantnag

Anantnag : A district level awareness workshop on FPS transformation activities for FP Shop dealers was today organised by FCS&CA Department Anantnag at Dak Bangalow Khanabal, here.

The workshop was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr Basharat Qayoom. Director FCS&CA Kashmir, Dr. Ab Salam Mir and Assistant Director FCS&CA Anantnag Mudasir Ahmad Wani were also present in the workshop.

The workshop was attended by all FP shop dealers and CSC representatives of district Anantnag. The DC appreciated all the participants and encouraged them to start CSC services at FP Shop level so that this Govt initiative to provide additional citizen centric services through CSCs may boost the economic viability of FP Shops and prove beneficial to enhance income of dealers.

Assistant Director FCS&CA Anantnag advised all the FP shop dealers to start the CSC services within a month and assured them that the Department of FCS&CA shall provide all the possible support in terms of technical awareness and training to overcome any hurdles.

It is important to mention here that now Govt is providing all online services through FPS dealers which will help in delivery of door step services of Govt.

Now citizens can avail facilities like LPG home delivery, loan services, passport services, Pan card or domicile and other services through the nearest Fair price shop dealer.
