Kishtwar : DIET Kishwtar today organised a one day workshop for Heads of Govt Higher Secondary and High Schools of the district to acquaint and update them about the accounts and financial matters. During the workshops, the participants were imparted hands-on training on accounts/financial related matters by experts of the Finance department Kishwtar.
After detailed discussions, the experts cleared the doubts and queries of HOIs. The senior functionaries of Finance Department DTO, Dr Lokesh; Chief Accounts Officers, Shokat Rather; AAO, Masood Shiekh and AAO Rajesh Sharma delivered lectures in the workshop.
HOD DIET, Pramilla Devi Sharma exhorted the participating officers to be familiar with accounts related matters. Course Coordinator, Nasir Ahmed, Sr. Lecturer, DIET and Riaz Ahmed Butt, Sr. Lecturer DIET also interacted with the participants.
Later, Principal DIET Kishtwar, Ashok Kumar impressed upon all HOIs to clear all doubts related to day today accounts transactions and to implement the same in their respective institutions by reminding them that ignorance to law is no excuse.
