DDC Rajouri Vikas Kundal reviews progress of JPDCL projects, calls for timeline completion

Rajouri : Vikas Kundal, District Development Commissioner Rajouri, today reviewed the progress of JPDCL projects here in a meeting of the concerned officers. During the meeting, the DDC took a comprehensive review of physical and financial progress of JPDCL projects under the District Capex budget, B2V and SSY.

The concerned officer briefed the meeting about the to date status of the same. Reviewing the progress made under the District Capex budget, the meeting was informed that out of 131 projects, the tenders for 126 projects have been allotted while 55 projects have been completed and the rest would be completed by December this year.

Similarly, the DDC also reviewed the progress of the JPDCL projects under B2V and SSY and asked for timeline completion of the same. The DDC asked the concerned officers to mobilize the men and machinery to ensure that the work on the power sector projects was completed within the set time.

He stressed on timely utilization of the funds provided for the execution of the developmental projects to benefit the general public. Officers who attended the meeting were ExEn PDD Rajouri; ExEn STD Kalakote, Hasan Mohd; AD Planning, Bansi Lal and other concerned officers.
