DDC Rajouri discusses issues confronting construction of GDC buildings in Koteranka & Darhal

Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to discuss the work plan for the construction of Government Degree College buildings at Koteranka and Darhal.

Detailed deliberations on the issues hampering the construction of GDC buildings at Darhal and Koteranka were held.While discussing issues regarding start of work on GDC building at Koteranka, it was informed that the sites identified for the construction of GDC building were rejected due to non feasibility of the identified land.

The DDC asked the Tehsildar Koteranka to identify a suitable land as per the norms of UGC and submit the report in this regard at the earliest. He stressed on finalizing the work-plan for the GDC building within the shortest possible time.

Similarly, while discussing the issues on start of work for GDC building at Darhal, the meeting was informed that the land for the construction of GDC building stands identified but there are some issues which need to be resolved to start the work.

The DDC asked the concerned officers to resolve the issues which are hampering the construction work at the earliest.Among the others present in the meeting were ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; Principal GDC Koteranka; Tehsildar Koteranka and Tehsildar Darhal.
