DC Vikas Kundal discusses modalities for implementation of APDP in district Rajouri

Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to discuss the modalities for the implementation of the Aspirational Panchayat Development Program in the district.

It is pertinent to mention here that Jammu and Kashmir Government is all set to introduce the Panchayat Development Index to develop and replicate best practices that drive improvement across the socio-economic themes of Panchayats under newly approved Aspirational Panchayat Development Programme (APDP).

Addressing the officers in the meeting, the DC said that the identified Panchayats will be given special focus to saturate inclusive development schemes which would serve as Model Panchayats.

He also asked the concerned officers to make dedicated efforts for the effective implementation of the Aspirational Panchayat Development program in the district.
