DC Rajouri Vikas Kundal reviews progress on SCA to TSS works of PWD (R&B) sector

Rajouri : The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal chaired a meeting to review the progress of SCA to TSS works under the PWD (R&B) sector, here today.

The meeting was attended by CPO Mohammad Khurshid, SE PWD (R&B) Kamal Kishore Gupta, ExEn PWD (R&B) Rajouri, Maqbool Hussain, and ExEn PWD (R&B) Nowshera, Bikram Singh besides other concerned.

SE PWD informed the meeting that out of the 43 works under SCA to TSS, 10 have been completed while the rest are in different phases of execution. The Deputy Commissioner discussed the status of the remaining works with the officers of the concerned department and asked them to ensure their timely completion.

DC emphasized the importance of completing all the works within the stipulated time frame and adhering to the quality standards as laid down in the guidelines.He directed the officers to coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the works under SCA to TSS and to prevent any delays during the execution.

He instructed the officers to ensure that the allocated funds under SCA to TSS are utilized for the intended purpose and closely monitored to achieve maximum benefit.

The officers were also directed to maintain transparency in the process and keep the public informed about the progress of the works.
