DC Rajouri Vikas Kundal reviews pendency of RDD court cases

Rajouri : Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to review the status of court cases of the Rural Development Department. During the meeting, the DC inquired about the status of cases pending before the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir wherein the concerned officers briefed the meeting about the same.

The meeting was informed that there were 99 cases of RDD pending before the High Court of which the replies for 55 cases have been filed. To avoid any delays, the DC directed the concerned officers to ensure that replies are filed on time.

Officers present in the meeting were Chief Planning Officer, Mohammad Khurshid; Assistant Commissioner Development, Vijay Kumar and Block Development Officers.
