DC Rajouri Vikas Kundal reviews pendency of court cases of Rural Development Department

Rajouri : Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to review the status of court cases of the Rural Development Department, here today.
During the meeting, the DC inquired about the status of cases pending before the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir wherein the concerned officers briefed the meeting about the same.
While reviewing the case-by-case details, the meeting was informed that there are 107 cases of RDD pending before the High Court of which the replies for 78 cases have been filed.
The DC directed the concerned officers to ensure that replies for the rest of the cases are filed in a week’s time to avoid any delays.Officers who attended the meeting were Assistant Commissioner Development, Vijay Kumar and ACP, Sheraz Chowhan.
