Kulgam : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of officers at mini-secretariat here to review arrangements put in place for Aharbal festival scheduled to be celebrated on 24th of November, 2021.During the meeting, arrangements for different activities including establishment of stalls, Trekking, cultural programme, sitting, parking and other activities were reviewed.
