ADDC Ramban finalizes arrangements for Celebration of Digital week

Ramban : Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban, Rajinder Sharma today convened a meeting of concerned officers to finalize arrangements for the celebration of Digital J&K week to be observed from July 25 to July 27, 2022.

The meeting was attended by the CPO, Dr. Kasturi Lal, ACR Vikar Giri, ACD, Ashok Katoch, CEO, Dev Anand, CMO, DSHO, CAO, CAHO, ARTO, DSWO, BDO, AD FCS&CA, Executive Engineers of JPDCL, Jal Shakti, PWD, DIO, NIC and other senior Officers concerned officers.

The ADDC said that the objective of celebrating Digital J&K Week is to popularize and promote the e-Services, made available by the Government for the general masses under a good governance initiative.

The ADDC informed that district-level programmes will be organized at Conference Hall, Maitra with the active participation of PRIs and the general public.

It was announced that 16 stalls of different departments shall be installed for three days at the venue to educate/ aware the public about all 209 online services of the departments.

The ADDC directed the concerned Officers to depute well-trained resource persons along with necessary electronic gadgets to make the mela successful. He asked all the concerned to work in close coordination with each other for the successful conduct of the programme.

All the departments were directed to prepare hoardings/banners regarding the online services pertaining to their departments for providing awareness regarding the online services of their department during the celebration of Digital week mela.
