ADDC Kupwara interacts with PM CARES Children Shares delightful moments assures every possible support

Kupwara : Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara, Altaf Ahmad Khan who is Nodal Officer for Grievances of PM Cares Children today visited District Social Welfare Office Kupwara and interacted with PM CARES children.

District Child Protection Officer (DCPO) Kupwara, Hidayatullah Mir was present at the occasion. On the occasion, the ADDC interacted with the children, enquired about their upkeeping, education and health.

He also shared delightful moments with the children and asked them about their aim in life, favorite books and dishes, besides, offered them chocolates and gifts. He assured every possible support to the children from the District Administration and directed the DCPO to make frequent visits to these children and ensure all measures are put in place for their well-being.

The ADDC issued immediate directions to concerned Tehsildars to take necessary measures and ensure the property of these children is safeguarded. He further directed the concerned school Principals to take extra care of the education of these special children.

The CMO Kupwara was also instructed to hold medical checkups of these children on regular intervals.
