Mohali : To combat the raging wave of the Covid pandemic and to ensure the safety of students & staff & a special drive camp for administering Covid vaccine booster, second & first dose was organised at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. This day long camp was conducted in association with Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Punjab.The camp was led by Mrs. Shailza Vij, Community Health Officer, Community Health Centre, Kalomajra along with Mr. Ramanjeet Singh, Multipurpose Health Worker male, and Jasvir Kaur, ASHA worker Kalomajra. More than 80 persons were vaccinated in this camp .
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that keeping the health of the Aryans students & staff a top priority, we keep organising such camps to ensure safety of all. He said a similar camp will be organised on May 13 for those, who could not get the booster dose.Vij while appreciating said that we received a good response from both the staff and students. College management has been able to successfully organize the vaccination camp in wake of rising more COVID cases.
