Ambala : Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij said that democracy has four pillars in which the fourth pillar is that of media. Newspaper acts as a mirror, that is, whatever news is there, it works to bring them in front of the society.He made this expression today in his address as the chief guest in a program organized to commemorate the 25th anniversary of an evening newspaper in Ambala city. A blood donation camp was also organized on this occasion. The chief guest also encouraged the blood donors by putting badges on them.Home Minister said that today is a very auspicious day and celebrating Silver Jubilee by this evening newspaper shows that this evening newspaper did not associate itself with any party. This evening newspaper is doing its work by being impartial, fearlessly.

 

He said that running a newspaper is very difficult and doing journalism is even more difficult than that. The editor of the Sandhya newspaper, through his Sandhya newspaper, works fearlessly in front of the society to bring the truth through news. On this occasion, he congratulated the evening newspaper as well as all the people associated with it on the 25th anniversary.On this occasion, the Home Minister also appreciated the blood donation camp organized by the evening newspaper and congratulated the blood donors who volunteered here for this noble. On this occasion, the chief guest also received the blessings of the Guru by bowing his head at Gurdwara Sahib. On this occasion, Gurdwara Prabandhak, Khalsa School Management Committee and editor of Sandhya newspaper also felicitated the chief guest by giving him Siropa, sword and memento.
