Nirankari Bhakti Parv Samagam : A life full of dedicated devotion is a celebration : Sudiksha Ji Maharaj

Samalkha (Haryana) : ‘Bhakti is the name of living life with dedication every moment hence, every aspect of life becomes a celebration.’ The above words were expressed by Nirankari Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj while addressing the huge gathering gathered on the occasion of ‘Bhakti Parv Samagam’ at Sant Nirankari Spiritual Complex, Samalkha (Haryana).

Thousands of devotees attended this Samagam from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali & Delhi NCR and neighboring places. On the occasion of Bhakti Parv Samagam, the dedication and devotion of Sant Santokh Singh and other devoted saints was remembered, who continuously tried to spread the Divine Light of Brahmgyan.

The Bhakti Parv Samagam is observed by Nirankari devotees all over the world.Describing the definition of Bhakti in a meaningful way Satguru Mata Ji said that, Bhakti is to live life in a simple state of bliss and there is no place for clever tricks in this.

Devotion is a feeling of complete dedication; which is of paramount importance in this. We have been continuously getting this lesson from the words of saints and great men that we have to give priority to others but, we often do not do so.

We get tied up in customs and rituals in such a way that we remain entangled in illusions. The reality is that when we connect with this Nirankar Almighty then, all our illusions end.Satguru Mata Ji gave an example from the teachings of Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji that before building a house, a blue print is made.

Then the house is built accordingly. Unless it is built, it cannot be enjoyed. In the same way, the basis of devotion is Sewa, Simran, Satsang, in which we have to be polite to others and work for everyone’s welfare.

Devotion is a journey of self, there is a simple way to connect with the Giver. Such devotion only makes life meaningful and frees us from worldly projections. Hued in devotion, a saint lives his life in a simple way and the glitter of materialism no longer affects him.

While understanding the sufferings of others, he adopts a sense of affinity towards them.Mentioning the affect of Maya, Satguru Mata Ji explained that just as Nirankar resides in all His creation despite having many differences, similarly everything in the world which has the form of Maya is transitory.

Therefore, instead of connecting to it, we have to connect with this stable God. Taking inspiration from the lives of saints, we have to strengthen our devotion.

On the occasion of Bhakti Parv, Nirankari Rajpita Ji expressed His feelings prior to the discourse of Satguru Mata Ji and said that the life of a devotee becomes full of devotion only when his conduct and behavior emit the fragrance of love.

He said that one should surrender oneself to Satguru and make life worth celebrating. One should be a source of inspiration for others by the impact of ones deeds. Devotion is to live life according to the words of the Guru which is the ultimate Truth. Being in gratitude every moment is a state in which true devotee lives.

Devotion is not a pretense or ostentation that people should be afraid of. The meaning of devotion is to realize God and be one with Him.

Rajpita Ji gave an example in which he said that there is a orchestrator to direct the orchestra; who often instructs the other instrumentalists and as a result of which a beautiful symphony is heard but, incase someone plays his own tune; the symphony is disturbed.

He explained that when we get trapped in illusions like greed, attachment, selfishness, then the sweetness and bliss ends from our life. The Guru has special importance in our life, whereas
He is a true guide and motivator who makes us valuable with His positive influence. That’s why devotion is not possible without a Guru.

In the end, Satguru Mata Ji inspired all the devotees and saints to move forward on the path of devotion and called upon them to make their lives meaningful by taking inspiration from the devotional spirit of ancient saints.
