Home Minister Anil Vij reprimanded Kaithal SP for not taking action in thecases

Ambala : SP Sahab! The accused has not been arrested in thefraud case for more than a year, all the evidence is with the police, ‘I wantaction’, you arrest the accused till night, otherwise I am coming to Kaithal withmy car.

Home and Health Minister Anil Vij said this to the SP of Kaithal in the Janata Darbar on Saturday. In fact, a woman from Kaithal alleged that in March2021, she was cheated of Rs 25 lakh in a fraud case and had to return from theairport due to having a fake visa.

Police could not arrest the accused in this casetill now. Taking immediate cognizance of the matter, the Home Minister calledKaithal SP and instructed to take immediate action in the matter. He said that there is complete evidence in this case and the police cannot arrest tillnow. He also directed that to submit its report by night.

Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij instructed various officials to take strict action on the complaints of the Janata Darbar at the PWD Rest ofAmbala Cantonment on Saturday.
About 7,000 people from all over the statereached the Ambala Cantonment PWD Rest House in the Darbar, where Minister Vijlistened to the grievances of the people till late evening. Since morning, aninflux of complainants had started into the rest house.

Minister Vij listened to the grievances of the complainants and gave instructions for settlement bymarking to Police Completion Authority, State Crime Bond, SP, DC and otherofficers of all ACS Homes and addressees.

At the same time, Minister Vij gave strict instructions to the SP ofKaithal district in another matter in the Janata Darbar. The father of thecomplainant told that in the month of August, the bus driver of the privateschool hit his child, on which a case was registered, but the driver has notbeen arrested till date.

On this, Minister Vij instructed SP Kaithal to arrest thedriver with immediate effect.
*SIT is formed in many cases including fraud of 1.82 crores in Rohtak*
In the Janata Darbar, Home Minister Anil Vij gave directions forinvestigation by forming SIT in many cases. The complainant, who is amechanical engineer, came from Rohtak, said that the thugs demanded Rs 1.82crore from him through RTGS in the name of investment.

This entire amount wastransferred by crediting the account from his bank account to the separatelycreated accounts. Despite registering a case in this matter, the police did nottake concrete action. Minister Vij gave directions to take action in the matter by forming SIT ofSP Rohtak.

In the month of April, a woman from Jhajjar district complained about noaction being taken in the molestation case. Minister Vij called SP Jhajjar and reprimanded him, saying why the accused was not arrested till now on thecomplaint of the woman.

In this case, he directed the investigation by forming SITand also directed to take action against the guilty in the investigation. In Bhiwani, a complaint was made to the Home Minister for not taking actionagainst the accused in a beating case in the field.

The complainant said thatearlier the police was not registering the case, when he saw the CCTV, the casewas registered but till date no action was taken. Minister Vij directed toinvestigate the action under the ADGP in this matter and submit its report inten days.

In an incident from Yamuna Nagar district, a complaintant told the HomeMinister that his brother had been murdered some time back and despite giving the names to the police, no concrete actionhas been taken so far. Home Minister Anil Vij, directed the that under the SP Yamunanagar, a SIT to takeaction in the matter.

*When the doctor cried in the Darbar, the Home Minister said, “Till theAnil Vij is here, there will be rule of law, not IPS or IAS”*
In the Janata Darbar, the female doctor who came from Gurugram gave acomplaint against her husband and said that she was affected by him only aftermarriage, she complained to the police several times but no action was taken.

Assuring the doctor for action, Minister Vij said that “till Anil Vij ishere, there will be rule of law and not of IPS or IAS”. On the other hand, a lady doctor in Panipat has complained that her husbandhas been missing for three months, but the police are still not taking any action. On this, Minister Vij directed SP Panipat to take action.

*Beating to pregnant woman in Charkhi-Dadri, no action taken onregistration of case*
In Janta Darbar, the lady who came from Charkhi-Dadri said that she waspregnant and accused of beating her, she was abortioned to due to this, a case wasregistered but the police did not arrest. The Home Minister directed SPCharkhi-Dadri to take strict action in the matter.

*Strict action on the complaint of the soldiers, Minister Vij called theSPs of the districts and asked them to take action*
“Will the SP saheb fight on themilitary border or with the system, immediate action should be taken in thematters of the soldiers”, Minister Vij told the SPs of the respective districtson the complaints of the soldiers who came from different districts.

The soldier who came from Hisar complainedabout no action being taken in the land case, the resident of Panipat and theBSF jawan posted on the Indo-Bangladesh border gave a complaint against thedaughter’s in-laws, while the soldier who came from Rewari complained about thelack of action in the land case. On whichHome Minister Vij directed the SPs of the concerned districts to take action.

*Directions to SP Rohtak to take action against dial 112 staff*
The complainant woman who came from Rohtak told Minister Vij that she wasassaulted by her in-laws at night, on which she had called the police, Dial 112police reached the spot and took her into the police station, but no action wastaken.

Taking strict cognizance of the woman being taken to the night policestation, Minister Vij called SP Rohtak and instructed to take action againstthe then staff of Dial 112, as well as form a SIT to investigate the matter.

Similarly, Home Minister Anil Vij gave directions to the concerned officials totake action on many other matters in the Janata Darbar.On this occasion, DSPs from all police ranges including DSP Ramkumar, BJPMandal Pradhan Rajeev Dimple, Kiran Pal Chauhan, Ajay Parashar, Jasbir Jassi,BS Bindra, Surendra Tiwari, Ashish Gulati, Ravi Sehgal, Shelly Khanna,Surdashan Sehgal and others were present.
