Cases registered during farmer’s agitation are being withdrawn : Anil Vij

Most of the registered cases have been withdrawn, the process of withdrawing the remaining ones is going on - Anil Vij

Ambala : Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij held a meeting with the office bearers of Bhartiya Kisan Union (Chadhuni Group) in Ambala today. He told the farmers that most of the cases filed against the farmers during the farmer’s agitation have been withdrawn, while some cases are remaining, the process of withdrawing is going on.

Sh. Vij asked the farmers to have faith in him and action would be taken in the interest of the farmers. Sh. Vij informed that there are some other cases related to Railways which are in the process of being withdrawn.

At the same time, District President of Bharatiya Kisan Union Malkiyat Singh, Block President Baljinder Singh Sapehada including Pinky Bains, Jasbir Mamu Majra, Ajain Singh Kapuri and other office bearers said that they know the working style of Home Minister Anil Vij and what he talks once, he take breath only after completing it.

He said that they was confident that the assurance given to by Sh. Vij would be fulfilled. The office bearers said that the discussion held regarding today’s meeting will be discussed in the organization.It is notable that out of 294 cases registered during the farmer’s agitation, approval has been received from the government to withdraw 163 cases.

Similarly, the Court has given its approval for withdrawal of 98 cases. Apart from this, approval of four cases is yet to come from the state government and three cases are on stay in District Sonipat Court and one case is untraceable in Palwal district, for which approval will be taken. Similarly, the process of withdrawal of other cases is going on.
