Anil Vij instructed to suspend Naib Tehsildar of Hansi and Assistant Registrar of Hisar

After getting tired of the established systems, common people come to the committee meeting with the hope of justice, they will not be allowed to suffer any more – Anil Vij

Chandigarh : Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij, while presiding over the meeting of the Public Relations and Grievances Committee in Hisar today, directed to suspend Hansi Naib Tehsildar Jaiveer and Hisar’s Assistant Registrar (Cooperative Societies) Sandeep.

He said that common people come to the meeting of the Public Relations and Grievances Committee with the hope of justice after getting tired of the established systems. That’s why they will not give dates in this meeting and they should get answers to every question asked by the officials in the meeting.

A total of 12 complaints were heard in today’s meeting. Bhateri’s wife Satpal, a resident of village Kirori district Hisar, told in her complaint that she had cultivated wheat crop on two acres of land, in which the standing crop was spoiled by poisonous spray. In this case, Home and Health Minister Anil Vij gave instructions to arrest the culprits without any delay.

Prem Singh s/o Dal Singh, Ajmer Singh s/o Preet Singh, Balwant Singh s/o Nawab Ali and the residents of The Hisar Scholar’s House Building Society Gangwa, in their complaint, asked for immediate action against the head of the society on the allegation of multiple allotment of plots.

In this case, it was said that the police did not give records to the Assistant Registrar (Cooperative Societies), on which the Home Minister directed to suspend the Assistant Registrar (Cooperative Societies) and take strict action by registering an FIR in the matter.

A complaint was lodged on behalf of Rammehar s/o Jagmal and Tulsi s/o Dhanraj, residents of village Sultanpur, for non-receipt of claim for Kharif 2020 cotton crop, which was filed after the reply of the Deputy Director of Agriculture.

In another complaint, Rajpal Singh’s son Prabhuram resident of Narnaund said that in the year 1981, after taking approval from the government, a plot in Murabba No. 68 was sold by auction by the Gram Panchayat Narnaund.

He had also bought plot number 40 in the auction. But due to some reasons the identification and registration could not be done. I kept requesting the municipal officials about this time and again and they kept pestering me.

On this complaint, the officials were instructed to get the plot registered in favor of the complainant as soon as possible.Resident Welfare Association Hisar while demanding to provide drinking water facility in Marvel City told in the meeting that this colony is an approved colony of 1300 families, which was formed in 2007.

Till date there is no system of potable water here. Apart from this, while coming from Hisar, the residents of the colony come from the wrong side due to lack of cut on National Highway 52, in which the fear of accident remains.

They said that there is no government electricity system in Marvel City. The electricity connection is a commercial connection in the name of the colonizer and the electricity is supplied by the colonizer through a sub meter.

Electricity bills are collected arbitrarily from them. That’s why government electricity should be made available to them. The colonists also talked about the absence of STP arrangement in Marble City.

While listening to the complaint, Home Minister Anil Vij ordered an inquiry by Harera, Gurgaon, to provide water to the colonists, to register a new FIR against the colonizer and to bring the owner to the police station without delay in the already registered FIR, and to make a cut in front of the colony. Instructions were also given to deploy police personnel.

In the meeting, the villagers of Chamarkheda told that the public places of the Gram Panchayat like Phirni, Johad, Talab, Shamshan Ghat, Community Center, Panchayati Plot and agricultural land have been encroached upon by some people of the village.

On this, a three-member committee was formed and they were instructed to see the opportunities in the villages.Devendra s/o Mukand Lal of Syahdwa village demanded an inquiry into the case registered against his family members. In view of the suspiciousness of MLR in this matter, the Home and Health Minister gave instructions to constitute a committee to investigate it.

Poonam, a resident of Sirsana, in her complaint, requested to take action against the culprits, saying that no action has been taken in the case of attempt to rape the powerful men of the village, Bijendra. On this the concerned police officers were instructed to take concrete action.

Ashok Kumar s/o Sant Lal, a resident of Hansi, lodged a complaint by the Adarsh Sahakari NATC Samiti about his deposited capital. A complaint was also given to the assistant registrar in the past, after which a plot of the committee was identified, but despite this the committee sold the plot to another person, in this case Hansi, who registered the plot without investigation.

Home and Health Minister instructed to suspend Naib Tehsildar Jaiveer.In another complaint, the people who have been occupying the shops of Narnaund Municipality for more than 20 years demanded that the ownership rights of the shops be given as per the rules.

He said that we are ready to pay the collector rate or other charges of the shops. On this, the Home and Health Minister ordered measures for the shops. He said that he himself would talk to the higher officials of the Urban Local Bodies Department in this matter.

In the meeting Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh welcomed Home and Health Minister Anil Vij on reaching his first Public Relations and Grievances Committee meeting in Hisar and assured on behalf of the district officials that whatever instructions will be given by him in the meeting of the committee, they will be implemented and will be ensured by taking action on it.

On this occasion, Deputy Speaker of Haryana Vidhan Sabha Ranbir Gangwa, Barwala MLA Jogiram Sihag, Mayor Gautam Sardana, Corporation Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya, Hisar Superintendent of Police Lokendra Singh, Hansi Superintendent of Police Nitika Gehlot, Additional Deputy Commissioner Neeraj Kumar and officers of various departments and Members of the Grievance Committee were present.
