Shimla : Representatives of the Himachal Pradesh Medical Officer Association (HPMOA) led by Dr. Rajesh Rana met Health Minister Dr. (Col.) Dhani Ram Shandil here today. The Association apprised the Minister about their various demands besides the restoration of the Non-Practice Allowance (NPA).
The Health Minister said that the state government has always been considerate to the demands of the doctors and appreciates their contribution in the development of the state. The matter of NPA will be discussed with the Chief Minister, assured Sh. Shandil.
Secretary Health and Family Welfare, M. Sudha Devi and other members of the association were also present in the meeting.
