DGP calls on Governor
Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu called on Governor Bandaru Dattatraya at Raj Bhawan today and apprised him about the preparations and other arrangements of the state police in the border areas adjoining China border in Kinnaur district of the state.The Governor expressed satisfaction over the arrangements of the state police and said that a police team led by the senior officer should be given the responsibility to maintain confidence in the people living in the villages nearly 46 in number, of the adjoining border areas. The DGP assured the Governor that the department would soon take necessary action in this regard.
