Chief Secretary Anil Khachi releases poetry collection ‘Udgaar’
Chief Secretary Anil Khachi here today released poetry collection ‘Udgaar’ written by Manmohan Sharma. There are 74 poems relating to various aspects of life in the collection of poems.Chief Secretary expressed happiness and congratulated the poet for his work.
